Dr. Kathleen E. Walls, Psy.D. is the co-owner of Greene Street Animal Care (GSAC) formerly known as Greene Street Animal Clinic in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Walls is the daughter of Dr. Orville R. Walls, DVM, who was one of the first African American veterinarians in the state of Pennsylvania. After his transition on September 6, 2017, Dr. Kathleen E. Walls, Psy.D. became a certified dog groomer so that she and her brother Dr. Brian K. Walls, DPT could continue their father’s legacy in animal care. Drs. Walls shifted the animal clinic into an animal care center that focuses on boarding, grooming, pet day care, and bi-monthly wellness checks for cats and dogs by visiting veterinarian Dr. Louise Wade, DVM (of Wyncote Animal Hospital).
